"Enclosed is a reunion survey that is being sent to all of your classmates and will be collected for a reunion face booklet. We hope you will submit old photographs as well as current ones (please label and identify all pictures) to be included. We will distribute the booklets during reunion weekend 2000. Please complete the survey and return it in the enclosed envelope by August 15th (we need time to put everything together on our end)."
In you cannot find your copy of the survey, a duplicate is available from our website in pdf format for downloading and can be printed on your printer.
